If you will look at their website they look like a scam site because their web lay-out has been stucked in the 80's, but as the saying goes "Don't judge a book, if you're not a judge!" LOL Just look at DiceAd and MinCashBux, a slick looking PTC site but ends up a huge SCAM.
PaidToPromote.net is not a SCAM I've been paid 2 times, take a look at my payment proof on the left. This is what their banner looks like:

As you have pointed out they could really could do with some site design.The lack of information is appalling.But since its free to try no harm in trying it out.

I'll wait first as I got burned twice already. At first, they'll serve you good ads and then after a while, porno ads and pop-ups.

Please can you mention the procedure that it works in what way we should work for it. Is it that we need to click on ads and visit the websites and we will be paid for it or how is the procedure kindly let me know.
