The Blogspot Navbar is the a navigation bar and a search bar which can be seen on top of Blogger blogs. Although they can be useful to some bloggers, others find it annoying and useless especially the 'next blog' feature. It comes to many colors but it doesn't blend well with other non-default templates. The good news is Blogger doesn't restrict us to remove it, as i read in other blog it's said:
" While it’s not officially against our TOS, we discourage folks from removing it because we think it’s a great feature with more improvements to come. Follow the above instructions at your own peril, as Blogger controls the TOS and has been known to change it. "
Before you do this simple trick be sure to back-up your template first.
1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Click Lay-out
3. Go to 'Edit HTML'
4. Find this code:
Press Ctrl F then input the code, so you can easily find it.
5. Then put these codes above it.
6. Press Preview.
7. If it's looks just fine, then Save it.
8. If the Navbar is still there, repeat from step 1.
9. If you're layout, got screwed up just upload the back-up of your template.
10. Just put a comment here if you have any problem.

Thanks for the tip - it works great and your instructions were easy, especially for a relative newbie such as myself I just used on my blog which is using the Green 'Son of Moto' design layout.
