Yes, today i signed up for ClickBooth, i heard many positive reviews about them so that pushed me to join also, the signing up was fun too!
There is a phone verification feature that after you put your mobile number in the 'phone' field they will call you (actually it's automated) instantly, and after you pick -up your phone they will state a 4 digits pin code that you have to enter before you can submit your application form, and that's it my account was verified!
And now, i'm just waiting that my site will be verified, they say verification period is up to 72 hours, so there.
I hope i will be successful in Clickbooth, (like many bloggers), This is the 2nd money maker program i tried aside from Google Adsense.
You have you experienced Clickbooth? any reactions?
UPDATE: my blog is verified! and there's already 8 comment on this post, that saying clickbooth is good, the others saying clickbooth is a scam, and that is keeping me to not to try clickbooth for now, i just wait for future development, currently i'm testing Project Wonderful i hope i can earn money from it like Adsense.

I'm working with affiliate networks for a long time. One of the CB affiliate managers approved me and convinced me to join CB. Affiliate manager approved me with in 5 mins after I applied.
Few months later they closed my account with out paying me close to $3K in my commission. Not transparent at all, all they said is they had a complaint from an advertiser. It's bad way of doing business!!
I was stupid enough to join irrespective of all the complaints I saw in different blogs. I would not recommend anybody for ClickBooth.

It is extremely rare that we receive complaints from an advertiser, and when we do, we take it with the utmost importance. When we do receive a complaint, the issue goes straight to our compliance department who investigates the entire situation. Our compliance department only looks at tangible evidence and proof of fraudulent activity when considering terminating a publisher account. Once sufficient evidence has been compiled, we put a hold on the account so that the affiliate publisher has a window of time to provide any evidence that supports otherwise. If we do not hear back within due time, that account is shut down and any fraudulent leads are immediately removed from our system.
As a network with over 50,000 affiliates and 5,000 advertisers, we take this responsibility very seriously, and we are entrusted that all parties involved are protected (which includes publishers, advertisers, and consumers).
I highly encourage you to contact us if you have any additional information regarding this case; we will re-open our investigation and evaluate any data you wish to provide accordingly.
